Located in Westminster, Colorado, The Happy Sumo serves Authentic sushi & Japanese cuisine in a modern space.
We also serve beer, sake, wine and spirits.
The modern-day concept of sushi was invented in Japan by Hanaya Yohei sometime around the end of the Edo period sometime in the mid-1800s.
We combine traditional preparations with fresh ingredients for dishes that are authentic to their Japanese origins.
